To purchase online you must
first set up an account. Click here
to create one.
You can then 'Log
In' anytime (left hand side
column) - browse and shop at your leisure and save the contents
of your cart to come and complete the purchase later if you wish.
From there, you can 'continue shopping' or 'checkout'. If you continue
browsing/shopping, you'll see your shopping cart contents are visible
at all times in the right hand column, until you leave the Wild
Star Food website or complete your purchase.
You can keep track of any orders you place and if you've not placed
your order online you can also pay for items already delivered
to you (see below...).
If you are a customer who
is already taking regular deliveries from us, please 'Register'
for an account to enable you to make purhcases using the online
shop. This means we at Wild Star Food can add item(s) into your
Shopping Cart online for you - prior to delivery, then when you've
received your item(s) you can 'Log In', click on the 'My Saved Cart'
option, where you'll see the order we've input (and by this time,
delivered...) - just check that through, and click 'Complete' to
go through the payment process.
(There will be a slip in your box with an Order ID on it, please
type this number into the 'comments' box at Checkout).
Payment Options
We've tried to think of every way
to make your life easier when purchasing from us, so we have 3 options:

No card details are held online and
no customer information will be passed on to third party organisations.

Delivery on all fruit and vegetable boxes
is free!
You can have your order delivered
weekly or fortnightly, or have a one week trial, just to see if
you like the idea - there's no obligation!
We deliver to all areas of Sheffield,
UK.
You don't necessarily have to be
at home to receive your box. When you place your order,
you will get the opportunity to provide instructions as to where
we can leave your delivery if you're not likely to be in. This could
be somewhere on your property or with a close neighbour - we can
also deliver your items to your workplace - if it's within the Sheffield
area.
Orders must be placed at least 24
hours before the due delivery date to guarantee processing. We're
also happy to change or cancel orders up to 24 hours before delivery
but unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the due
delivery date will be charged at half price.
