Shopping and paying
for your goods on wildstarfood.com is safe and secure.
However, we understand that some customers would prefer
not to shop online, so you can also order from us over
the phone or via email. Please visit the contact
us page for details. Important note - please don't
email your payment details to us as email by nature,
is not secure.
We offer a free home delivery service
to everyone in the Sheffield area. We can save your
shopping list if you like to make regular shopping easier
to manage.
Before placing your order, here are
some important points to note:
- Delivery is free to all customers
with a Sheffield postcode. If you live outside of
the Sheffield area but would still like to shop with
us, then please call or email us before placing your
order. I'm sure that we can sort something out - we
don't like to disappoint!
- We accept the following methods
of payment online: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Solo and
Switch/Maestro. Some of our customers prefer to pay
by cheque or cash, so please telephone or email us
to arrange payment before placing your order if you'd
rather not pay via debit/credit card.
- Orders must be placed at least
24 hours before the due delivery date to guarantee
processing. We re also happy to change or cancel orders
up to 24 hours before delivery but unfortunately,
cancellations made within 24 hours of the due delivery
date may be charged.
- We try to keep the product availability
information on the website as up to date as possible,
but sometimes we do run out of items. We'll always
try to contact you beforehand if this is the case
and offer you an alternative or refund you for that
particular item.
- Where the organic fruit and veg
boxes are concerned, we often have to make changes
to the advertised contents at the last minute. A replacement
of equivalent or greater value will therefore be made.
- We hope that everything that you
order arrives in good condition and we endeavour to
make sure that all produce that leaves our depot is
of the highest standard. We guarantee all produce
to ensure that htis is the case. Please let us know
if any item that you have received is damaged or unacceptable
and we'll happily replace it for you or give you a
refund. Do not feel as though you are complaining
- it's positive feedback and helps us to improve our
service to you the customer!
- If we've made a mistake on your
order and you ve received items that weren't ordered
or items are missing, then please let us know and
we'll correct the problem.
